Summary:

The Account Manager oversees sales activities and develops relationships with customers. He/she is responsible for managing accounts, ensuring clients are satisfied, and generating new sales opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for conducting various sales activities such as prospecting and managing corporate accounts, developing sales leads, building client relationships, closing new business opportunities and achieving or exceeding assigned sales quota
- Maintain quality customer relations with existing clients while developing new accounts and;
- Set sales targets and specific performance metrics aligned with business strategies
- Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries
- Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness
- Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touch point
- Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction
- Use client feedback to improve customer experience.

Qualifications:

Education:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
Experience:
- With at least 2 years of experience in sales or selling IT services
- Exposed in Account and Relationship Management
Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge in Business Development or in Sales and Technical Operations
- With above average desktop skills (i.e. MS Office especially PowerPoint)
- With strong written and verbal communication skills
- Very good negotiation skills o Works well under pressure
