OUT OF WARRANTY

ATI provides, at the very least, the same reliability as that provided by but independent of the original manufacturer. ATI provides comprehensive maintenance support inclusive of labor and hardware replacement on all types of EMC Enterprise Storage System, HP and Compaq servers, Sun Servers, Cisco equipment and its corresponding peripherals. Client will have an option to choose from the Standard Service Level Agreement of 8 X 5 or Premium support of 24 X 7.
TRAINING

Courses such as systems, network and security administration are offered to clients after a major implementation or upon client's request. The program can be as short as a half-day knowledge transfer to a five day workshop. This is to ensure that our clients will be knowledgeable on the design and configurations made to their IT equipment during the implementation phase of the project.
CO-LOCATION

Having our own Data Center, ATI can provide space, power, cooling, and physical security for the server, storage, and networking equipment. At present ATI owns two (2) Data Center facilities. ATI also plans to build more Data Center facilities that will be strategically located in various parts of the Metro and nearby provinces to further improve and accommodate the growing need for this type of service.
