We have openings for the following positions:

Responsibilities

  • Maintain updated roster of participant placements and potential job opportunities
  • Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally
  • Work closely with assigned business HRM's to deliver recruitment needs
  • Follow up and coordinate with recruitment channels
  • Execute pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face interviews for junior and mid-level posts and supports all parties in concern with assessment
  • Coordinate with universities, events in relation to targeted hires
  • Proactive coordination with departments for interviews
  • Supervise and interact closely with different teams as well as continuous follow up with onboarding
  • Support HRM's with weekly update on recruitment progress
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned form time to time

Qualifications

  • Must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree Computer Science/Information Technology
  • Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming
  • Must possess a good working knowledge in relational database management system
  • Knowledge on system integration and using external APIs
  • Must have strong knowledge in:
    • JAVA
    • C#
    • Android SDK
      • A basic understanding of layouts and views
      • Activities and their lifecycle
      • User input
      • Getting data from the web
      • Storing data
      • Collection views (like ListViews) and Adapters (default and custom)
      • Action Bar
      • Android Version: Atleast Kitkat or newer
      • Accommodating different screen sizes and densities
  • Must be willing to work in Makati City

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for conducting various sales activities such as the following:
    • prospecting and managing corporate accounts;
    • developing sales leads;
    • building client relationships and closing new business opportunities; and
    • achieving or exceeding assigned sales quota
  • Maintains quality customer relations with existing clients while developing new accounts
  • Performs in a Senior position and closely coordinate with the Presales / Technical group
  • Ensures client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree of any course
  • Has professional exposure in sales preferably on IT solutions ( Maintenance Services, Servers, storage) with proven track record of success
  • Must have knowledge in prospecting and qualifying opportunities
  • Must have strong communication and negotiating skills
  • Proficient in speaking the English language
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Highly confident, aggressive and self-motivated
  • Has creativity, determination, a positive attitude and a pleasing personality

Requirements:

  • At least 12 years of professional sales experience with proven track record of success;

  • Extensive experience in all aspects of supplier relationship management, sales management and lead generations
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
  • Has strong business acumen and market expertise
  • Possess superior sales, analytical and negotiating skills
  • Good in critically reviewing sales plans and making recommendations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision making skills
  • Excellent client management skills
  • Highly confident, reliable and self-driven with a positive outlook and

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product presentation and positioning of the company's products and services.
  • Qualify opportunities of the Sales team in terms of technical soundness.
  • Coordinate requirements for proofs of concept.
  • Lead conduct of product demo/proof of concept and documentation.
  • Create functional solution designs.
  • Prepare cost worksheet and develop technical proposals.
  • Develop and conduct transition briefing (communicate commitments, expectations, customer organization, etc.) together with the Sales team.
  • Coordinate with Vendors/Sales team for commercial and technical support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in any IT or Engineering course
  • At least 2 years experience as Technical Sales/Pre-Sales; with at least 4 technical Certifications in any of the following technologies: Network, VOIP, Application Delivery Controller, Firewall, Intrusion Prevention System, Backup and Replication, High Availability
  • Must have strong ability to formulate workflows and solutions based on requirements and instructions
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Must be very good in Technical writing/documentation
  • Very good in Technical presentations
  • Must have Project Planning and Research skills
  • Highly organized and assertive;
  • Can work under tight timeline and manage competing priorities;
  • Has keen attention to detail, strong concern for accuracy and high level of confidentiality;
  • Service-oriented and a team player
